If you only eat meat 3-4 times per month you would be what Registered Dietitian Dawn Jackson Blatner describes as an "expert" flexitarian in her book The Flexitarian Diet. I would highly recommend this book if you are looking for great flexitarian recipes, some ideas for new foods to try and health tips from the expert that has really brought flexitarian eating into the public consciousness. Until her book came out in October of 2008 you would be hard pressed to find much talk about flexitarian eating. In addition to the book (which you can get on Amazon.com) I have found the author's website to be a GREAT resource for recipes! http://www.dawnjacksonblatner.comCBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16177011419611746550noreply@blogger.com
